CEE Kerala MCA Admission 2014-15 2nd Allotment, www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Kerala CEE second phase of Centralised Allotment for admission to MCA course 2014-15 in Government, Aided, Government Controlled/Private Self Financing Colleges of the State will be conducted on 06.12.2014 (Saturday). The facility for option confirmation / deletion / re-arrangement for MCA 2nd allotment will be available in the official website www.cee.kerala.gov.in from Dec 2, 2014 to Dec 5, 2014, 5PM. Those who do not confirm their higher options online within the stipulated time will not be considered for further allotments.

Candidates can check their second phase allotment through this  official website link http://cee.kerala.gov.in/mca2014cap/main/index.php, using your Roll Number. Candidates who got second phase allotment, you can downloaded their allotment memo and take a print out the allotment memo. Alloted candidates take admission in the respective colleges with in the stipulated dates. If not, they will lose their allotment and will not be considered for further allotments

Detailed schedule of MCA Second allotment 2014-15

• Website opens for online option confirmation/re-arrangement/deletion of existing higher options: 2-12-2014

• Closing of web portal for online option confirmation rearrangement/deletion of options: 5-12-2014,5pm( Dec5, 2014).

• Second Phase of Allotment published on : 6-12-2014 (Dec 6, 2014) 

• Newly allotted candidates to remit fee/balance fee/amount at the designated branches of the State Bank of Travancore (SBT). : 8-12-2014 to 11-12-2014 

• Candidates who got allotment should report before the Principals of allotted colleges and take admission.:8-12-2014 to 11-12-2014

• Principals of Colleges to furnish non-joining report online and its signed print out by fax to the Commissioner for Entrance Exams: 11-12-2014, 5pm.  

Tuition Fee
The annual tuition fee for MCA course in Government/Government Aided Colleges and for Government seats in the Government controlled Self financing Colleges is Rs.7000/-. The annual tuition fee for Management Seats in Government controlled Self financing Colleges is Rs. 38500/- and the annual tuition fee for merit seats in Private Self Financing Law Colleges is Rs.50000/-.  

Admission procedure
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

• Allotment Memo in the 2nd/ second phase issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.

• Fee receipt obtained from the bank.

• Admit Card of the Entrance Exam.

• SSLC or any proper school records to prove date of birth.

• Original Marklist and Pass Certificate of the qualifying examination.

• Transfer Certificate and Conduct Certificate from the academy where the candidate studied last.

• 2 copies of recent passport size photo.

• Candidates who have passed their qualifying exam from Universities/Boards outside the State shall produce an “Eligibility Certificate” from any of the Universities in Kerala.

• A candidate who qualifies from other universities should produce migration certificate at the time of admission.

• A candidate who is employed or is a trainee in Government/ Quasi Government/ Banks etc. shall, at the time of interview, produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where the candidate was employed.
